Description
Abstract

The database explores the production centers of selected pottery items in the high and late Middle Ages by means of analytical methods, as well as a closer definition of mutual contacts in the production sphere. It documents aesthetic and material aspects of stove tiles, aquamaniles, sculptures, and floor tiles. Detailed data analysis reveals how these pottery products were made, used, and shared across regions, offering new insights into medieval craftsmanship and commerce.
