Description
Abstract

A database of historical textile patterns from the 16th to the 19th century. The image collection is the result of field research and scholarly analysis of liturgical vestments preserved in the Diocese of Brno. It can serve as a useful resource not only for scholars specializing in the history of textile production, but also for art historians, conservators, heritage preservation professionals, parish administrators, museum curators, and other interested parties.
